Share
In the wave of merging traditional craftsmanship with modern design, a journey of intangible cultural heritage design themed "Weaving New Life" launched at the Chuan Su Museum.

This event, initiated by NABEL Tiles in collaboration with the Chuan Su Museum, features industry leaders such as Huang Mo, Director of CIID Development Department; Gong Qianxing, CIID Cultural Studies Consultant; Hu Shilie, Director of the Art Aesthetics Museum and Founder of Zhejiang Shizhen Architectural Design; Bai Tao, Director of CIID Zhongshan Center; Yang Dan, Deputy Director of CIID Development Department; and Song Yawei, Director of CIID Lanzhou Center. Together, they explore innovative expressions of traditional culture in modern home spaces, connected through intangible heritage.

NABEL Tiles embraces the mission of "Weaving New Life," partnering with the Chuan Su Museum to create a high-level communication platform that spans fields and dimensions through immersive experiences, hands-on practices, and in-depth discussions.
Guided by Zheng Fenlan, Director of the Chuan Su Museum, participants embarked on a profound journey to explore intangible heritage.
During the hands-on fabric weaving session, attendees used the shuttle and thread as mediums, touching the craftsman's hand that transcends time and space.
This "from hand to heart" practice not only sparked design inspiration but also reshaped the understanding of the relationships between materials, craftsmanship, and space.
