The facade is clad with over 20,000 triangular sintered stones —supplied by Nabel Stone—in ten subtle color gradients.
The exterior facade of the Zhangjiang Science Hall features over 30,000 sintered stones, comprising more than 10 different specifications. In fact, the facade includes sinteredd stones in 10 distinct colors, transitioning from dark to light from the bottom to the top of the building. The designer’s careful color selection gives the two-dimensional plane a sense of three-dimensionality.
